Aquatics

A pool environment designed for laps, leisure and family time.

The official aquatics guide describes a freeform pool with a waterfall and grotto, a five-lane lap pool, whirlpool and a children’s water-play area.

The club describes 22 Har-Tru tennis courts, instruction, leagues and junior programming alongside its pickleball offering.

A necessary distinction

Broken Sound has two 18-hole golf courses. This home does not automatically include golf.

The club’s golf setting is part of the community’s identity, but a Social membership and a golf membership are not interchangeable.

Treat golf as unavailable unless both the club and owner confirm the exact privilege in writing for the specific tenancy, including any transfer charge, tee-time limitation or usage rule.
